Is Bannerbear GDPR friendly?

Bannerbear offers two ways to help you stay GDPR compliant while using our service.

Data Processing Agreement

We have a standardized DPA that can be signed by both parties. Our DPA is the same as the one hosted here at GDPR.EU, if you'd like to browse the terms.

To sign the DPA, simply send a request to [email protected] and we will send you an invitation to sign via HelloSign.

Self-hosting of Media

You can also opt to use your own storage, so that generated media are not stored on Bannerbear servers and instead use your own servers. For more information about this please see this article: Can I connect Bannerbear to my own cloud storage?
