Can I add a description to my template layers?

You can add description on any of your template layers through the Template Editor. This can be applied to new and existing templates.

1. Go to your template
2. Click Edit Template
3. Select a layer
4. Click the drop-down menu (...)
5. Select Edit Description

The added description can be viewed from the Template Editor.

You can also get the description data of your template layers by adding the  ?extended=true flag when querying the /templates endpoint:

/templates/<uid>
/template_sets
/template_sets/<uid>
