Your V3 templates are separate from your V5 templates — they run concurrently on our system and are self-contained. This is why it may seem as though they've vanished, but you can import them to V5.

Subscriptions
If you were invited as a member to an existing project with a paid subscription, your member status will not carry over to V5, because the project you were invited to doesn't exist in V5. The owner of the paid subscription must create a new workspace in V5, then invite the members to join.

If you're the owner of a paid subscription on V3, your subscription should not vanish. Get in touch with our support team at [email protected] if you think something has gone wrong.
