Text Fit is a feature available on all text in your templates and works in combination with the text box Height setting.
When set to Off, the text will only be resized if it exceeds the Height.
Toggling it Auto Fit will cause your text to fit the height of the text box.
If there is no height set, the text box resizes to match the text size.
